The KPI OH&S system is constantly in review.
Project-specific OH&S management plans are developed and implemented as part of each total project management plan to comply with
various Government OH&S legislation, AS4801 and the client's OH&S policies.
Environmental Management System
KPI's Environmental Management System (EMS) is constantly
reviewed and focus's on design and construction activities.
In addition the EMS is being developed to meet the requirements of ISO 14001 and clients' Environmental Management Systems.
Project-specific EMS management plans are developed and implemented as part of each total project management plan.
Quality Management Systems
The KPI Quality System is being developed to enable us to manage our project delivery to clients. The system will be independently accredited to meet ISO 9001.
In addition the Quality Management System is being developed to meet the requirements of our clients' Quality Management Systems.
Project-specific quality management plans are developed and implemented as part of each total project management plan.
Risk Management
KPI utilises the risk management principles as specified in AS4360. Risk management methodologies are applied at the concept and continually reviewed and revised through all stages of project development.
KPI practices risk management on all projects through assessing all risks on a site-by-site and process-by-process basis.
